These terms describe the baseline expectations for using the Afro Studios platform and submitting projects for consideration.
Section 1
Platform use
You agree to use Afro Studios only for lawful business and creative purposes. You may not submit misleading materials, interfere with platform operations, or attempt to access data or accounts you do not own.
Section 2
Rights and authority
By submitting a project, you represent that you own the relevant rights or have authority to act on behalf of the rights holder. You remain responsible for the accuracy of all rights, territory, and delivery information you provide.
Section 3
Review and acceptance
Submission to Afro Studios does not guarantee selection, representation, placement, or commercial distribution. We may accept, decline, or request more information at our discretion based on editorial, technical, or business criteria.
Section 4
Confidentiality and materials
We treat submitted materials professionally, but you should avoid sharing assets or information you are not prepared to circulate for evaluation. Keep your own backup copies of all files and masters.
Section 5
Policy updates
We may revise these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. Continued use of Afro Studios after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
